Would the density be high or low if the regularly shaped solid were hollow?
the density would be the SAMEthis is because density is actually how tightly the atoms are packed into a certain element/compound. density is taken as the formula : Density = Mass/Volume(in this case the air inside of the hollow object would not count)e.g. a 1000 bricks stacked up would be the same density as a room made out of 1000 bricks, do you understand? same with stack emsi think what you are referring to is buoyancy perhaps??
