Go to a store where they rent carpet cleaners. At the display shelf there, pick up a bottle of Odor Remover. Add that to a bucket of water and soap (carpet cleaner liquid soap?), and wipe down the interior. Odor Remover is an awesome product. Then, use the upholstery attachment of the steam cleaner and clean the carpet and also your car's seats if they are "fabric".
