How do you find a shaming?
I think you may mean Shaymin.You can't get Shaymin without Action Replay. There is a code (dont know what it is, look it up) that will get you an item called Oak's letter. Then go to the end of Route 224 where you will find a white smooth stone. Oak will be there. He'll ask what ur grateful for. Put anything you want. Then Shaymin will appear and go down a really long path of flowers. You'll have to chase Shaymin(I would bring a bike, that pathe is LONG) at the end you see Shaymin and have a chance to capture it. Remember, Shaymin is a legendary, so bring lots of ultra balls or a master ball or something.
