i was driving the company vehicle and was rear ended. the state suspened my license because the company vehicle was uninsured. What can I do and where would I go?

You need to contract the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Financial Responsibility Division directly and in person. If you can show that you had valid insurance personally, you can probably obtain reinstatement. If not, seek legal representation to help you.
