I am a commission only paid employee of a towing company in california. My employer has decided to give the manager of our company the right to take all of the most lucrative calls i.e long distance and police calls. This is taking money from my pocket because we ar commission based.

You'll need to find a new job, but there is no 'legal action' just because they are unfair.
