Question

Since the Non Custodial parent decided not to participate in any child visitation with his child and refused to have any contact is there anything I can request for or be prepared for before my next hearing in Jan 2012. Is it ok for me to contact his lawyer and ask if there needs to be a new stipulation to reflect the fact?

Answer

If you are represented by your own attorney, your attorney should contact opposing counsel to construct an order reflecting the decrease in timeshare. If support is on for hearing, an increase in child support may be appropriate if father's drop in visitation time would warrant that result.
