How do I get visitation rights enforced without paying for a lawyer?

Question

How do I get visitation rights enforced without paying for a lawyer?

Answer

You can file your own motion for enforcement, but you won't get very far unless you know the rules of pleading, service, discovery, and evidence.

There's no law that says you have to have a lawyer when you go into court.

A wise man once said that the reason lawyers are so expensive is that they're worth it.
