my ex-husband and i have 50/50 custody but 1 yr 3 months ago he moved out of state and left me with the kids 100% (he comes out about once every couple of months to visit). now that summer is coming he wants the kids for the summer with him in AZ....I dont want them to go for the whole summer....i am willing to let them go for a week. He wont answer me as to who will watch them and he has no family out there. What are my options??

Have the kids visited in Arizona since he moved out of state? How old are they? What does your current court order say regarding summer visitation?
