Question

What can be done when 5 parties own a house jointly , but 2 of the parties refuse to pay bills on the property( taxes, insurance, etc) as a result there are back taxes and the town says they will take the property in July if not paid. The other 3 parties have paid other bills and the insurance for all but can not afford to pay all of the large sum that is due. This property is a family vacation home in N.H. That has been in the family over 100 years. There is no mortgage.

Answer

The only thing you can do is sue them for contribution unless you want to force the sale of the property.
